I’ve designed an online course and chosen Skool as the home for my students. What I need now is the full technical build-out so everything is live, polished, and largely hands-off from day one. Here’s the scope: • Skool setup & configuration – Create classrooms, categories, member levels, and custom domain/settings. – Apply my branding so the community feels cohesive with the course site. • Feature customization & integration – Plug in any native or third-party tools required for calendars, events, resource libraries, Stripe payments, or similar extras that lift engagement. – Test each custom feature to be sure it works on desktop and mobile. • Automation flows – Email notifications that trigger on enrolment, lesson releases, and milestone completions. – Course-progress tracking that updates automatically and feeds into simple dashboards. – Smooth user-onboarding flows: welcome sequence, role assignment, and gated content unlocks. Zapier, Make, or native Skool automations are all fine as long as they run reliably. • Video content preparation – Basic editing (cutting & trimming) to tighten each lesson. – Branding overlays: logo bug, intro sting, and closing slide so every video matches the course style guide. Acceptance criteria 1. A student can purchase, join, and reach the first lesson without manual intervention from me. 2. Progress bars, automated emails, and role-based unlocks reflect the actions of a real test account. 3. All uploaded videos play smoothly, carry the correct branding, and meet 1080p quality. 4. A hand-off doc (or quick Loom) covers how to update automations and add new lessons in future. Once these ticks are in place, I’ll take over community moderation myself while you remain available for occasional tweaks.
