Core scope • Budget planning module: create, edit, and track departmental or personal budgets in an intuitive dashboard. • Back-end in either .NET (C#) or Python—whichever you are strongest in—with RESTful APIs to keep the front end snappy. • Clean, responsive front-end UI (React, Vue, or similar) that works smoothly on desktop and mobile. • Data exchange layer prepared for ERP integration (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics can be wired in later—design with this extensibility in mind). • Excel automation: one-click import/export of budget templates; macros or an add-in that syncs spreadsheets with the app’s API. • Secure user authentication, role-based access, and basic audit logging. What I’ll provide • Wireframes of the budget planning screens. • Sample Excel templates and a starter database schema. • Access to a test server for deployment. Deliverables 1.
