I’m ready to launch a lean yet fully-functioning multi-vendor marketplace and companion mobile app without blowing the bank. Here’s the plan: Website – WordPress + WooCommerce + Dokan will power the store. I already picked a theme, so you can jump straight into configuring it instead of hunting for designs. – Core must-haves: vendor self-registration with dashboard, smooth vendor/product management, product reviews & star ratings visible on every listing, and at least one live payment gateway integrated (Stripe or PayPal are fine). – Final hand-off includes a clean, uncluttered admin area, documented settings, and a small test data set that proves vendors can sign up, add items, and receive orders. Mobile – A Flutter app (Android and iOS builds) that pulls from the same WooCommerce backend. Users need to browse, search, review, add to cart, and check out with the gateway configured above. – Basic theming to match the site, splash screen, and build/keystore files delivered so I can re-publish updates myself. I’m allocating roughly $100 for the web build and $150 for the app, broken into two milestones—feel free to suggest a smarter split if it speeds you up. If you’ve set up Dokan marketplaces or shipped WooCommerce-connected Flutter apps before, let’s talk schedules and any plugin or API keys you’ll need from me.
