I’d like clear guidance on colour palettes, surface finishes and lighting ideas (including ceiling treatments) so every decision down to paint sheen and cove profile is covered. Vastu to be kept in mind for major items which needs attention. You’ll supply at least three photorealistic 3D renders—more are welcome if it helps communicate the design—and a basic 2D plan with accurate dimensions so my carpenter and electrician can price and execute immediately. Feel free to work in the toolset you know best (SketchUp, 3ds Max + V-Ray, Lumion, AutoCAD, etc.); what matters is that the files are clear and ready for hand-off. Timeline is tight: I’d like to review and sign off on the final package within one week of project start.
