I have a fully-functional Smart Audio Module on a breadboard that uses an Arduino Nano ESP32. Its core job is simple—reliable audio playback—but I now need a clean, production-ready PCB that bears my brand. I have a working prototype built on a breadboard using an Arduino Nano ESP32. It currently plays audio from an SD card and functions correctly. I now want to turn it into a production-ready, visually branded PCB that I can upload directly to PCBWay or JLCPCB for fabrication and assembly. The finished board should look and feel like a real product—plug in the Nano ESP32, power it up, and go. Goals: Convert the existing breadboard circuit into a clean, compact PCB layout. Use headers so the Arduino Nano ESP32 drops in easily. Integrate all existing modules (SD reader, amplifier, connectors, etc.). Add a motion sensor trigger input that starts playback. Modify the Arduino sketch to allow remote management of audio files (upload, delete, reorder) via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, while maintaining all current playback features. Deliver a complete fabrication and assembly package for PCBWay or JLCPCB, including Gerbers, BOM, and CPL files. Branding and Design: I want the PCB to look awesome—not just function well. Include the Kaos brand name and Kaos.com on the silkscreen. Add custom PCB artwork or patterns—creative silkscreen design, subtle graphics, or cool trace geometry. The board should look unique, professional, and high-end, suitable for a commercial product. If you have examples of visually striking PCB layouts or silkscreen artwork, please include them. Deliverables: - Files ready to upload to PCBway or JLCpcb Schematic diagram (PDF and source project) PCB layout project files (KiCad, EasyEDA, or Altium) Gerber, BOM, and pick-and-place (CPL) files ready for upload to PCBWay or JLCPCB Updated Arduino sketch (.ino) with remote management and motion-trigger logic Optional 3D render and top/bottom preview images What I’ll Provide: Current .ino sketch (WTJack.ino) Breadboard photos showing complete wiring Component and module list with pin assignments Description of intended playback and trigger behavior Requirements: Experience with ESP32 (Nano) and Arduino audio projects Proficiency in PCB design (KiCad, EasyEDA, or Altium) Familiar with ESP32 Wi-Fi file management (web interface, FTP, or OTA updates) Ability to create aesthetic PCB branding (silkscreen graphics, logo placement, text layout) Understanding of power distribution and audio signal integrity Bonus Skills: Experience with DFPlayer Mini or I2S DACs Background in audio circuit design Ability to optimize PCB trace layout for low noise Creative eye for visual PCB design
