Project Overview Su Ventura is a hospitality and property management brand representing a collection of thoughtfully designed short-term rentals in Tucson, AZ, and San Diego, CA. Our properties are well-appointed, comfortable, and connected to their neighborhoods — each with its own sense of place and personality. Our goal is to develop a warm, inviting brand identity and website that reflect our commitment to sustainability, transparency, and community involvement. We manage homes for owners who care deeply about their properties and neighborhoods and strive to offer guests meaningful, comfortable stays. Project Scope 1. Brand Identity Create a brand identity for Su Ventura, including logo, color palette, and typography. Convey values of community, care, hospitality, and good fortune/adventure (rooted in the meaning of “Ventura”). Design should feel approachable, warm, and personal — more artisanal than corporate, yet still professional. 2. Website Design & Build A user-friendly website that: Introduces the Su Ventura brand and our philosophy of hospitality. Highlights properties in two main regions (Southern Arizona and San Diego). Allows visitors to browse individual property pages (4–6 homes initially). Each page should include: Photos and amenities Description of the home and neighborhood Links to booking via our existing PMS/booking engine Optional embedded local/weather info or travel tips Includes an About Us, Contact, and Property Management page accessible from the main navigation. The Property Management section will describe owner services and include relevant links for inquiries or resources. 3. Functionality & Features Must be responsive and mobile-friendly. Simple CMS (WordPress, Wix, or similar) that’s easy for me to maintain and update independently. Ability to add new properties and update content easily. Cleaner photo upload via external link, not through the website. Option for guests to register and upload ID (via a secure form or linked platform). Optional SMS integration so guests can opt in to text reminders (confirmation, check-in, directions). Integration with or management support for social media posting and scheduling. 4. Technical & Security Requirements Fast-loading, clean code with standard SSL and security practices. Compliance with basic data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR). Clear handoff and documentation so I can manage the site ongoing.
