TSSA JD: • Strong expertise in TSSA (TrueSight Server Automation) and TSAC • Hands-on knowledge of patch management, compliance, and provisioning modules • Should be able to run RA workshops with stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements • Proficiency in writing custom scripts (Shell, Python, PowerShell) for automation using TSSA • Experience in scalable architecture redesign and performance optimization • Experience in Installing, extending the Server Automation solution meeting customer requirement • Ability to produce stakeholder-ready documentation (SOPs, guides, manuals, test cases) • Familiarity with enterprise ITSM processes and compliance frameworks • Configure automated patching across environments, ensuring compliance and minimal downtime • Create and standardize patch templates within TSAC for consistent deployment • Implement patch catalogue, patch analysis, and remediation processes for additional servers • Integration with external systems • Should be able to conduct trainings covering implemented features
