About the project: We are launching an AI Call Manager solution (powered by ElevenLabs & similar technologies) for the hospitality sector in Norway. Goal: replace manual reception calls with a smart AI voice agent that works 24/7, handles bookings, answers guest questions, and can seamlessly transfer calls to a live staff member when needed. Who we are looking for: System Integrator / Engineer who can: • Connect and configure SIP trunks, call routing & forwarding. • Enable standard hotel phone numbers to be routed through the AI agent. • Implement call fallback (switch to human agent if required). • Integrate with CRM systems and external services (Booking.com, Google Calendar, etc.). • Deliver fast, efficient, and reliable work. • Stay available for long-term support, troubleshooting, and scaling. Work format: We’re not looking for a one-time contractor, but for a long-term partner. Payment model = revenue share (% from hotel subscriptions). Example: • One hotel = $150–200 monthly recurring revenue (your share). • 10 hotels = $1,500–2,000 monthly. • Market potential in Norway: 15 hotels at launch → 200+ hotels in scaling. What I expect from you in your proposal: 1. Examples of relevant projects (telephony, AI, or CRM integrations required). 2. Your vision for scaling this solution in the Norwegian hospitality market. 3. Willingness to work on a revenue share model and commit long-term.
