Batch Video Text Overlay Automation

I have an ever-growing folder of 9:16 clips (5–30 seconds, 1080×1920) that need the same treatment: pull 1-3 lines of copy from a Google Sheet, stamp the text at the very top in a single, predefined font style, then spit the clips back out with zero change to resolution or aspect. The idea is to turn dozens—even hundreds—of raw reels into ready-to-post Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts in one sweep. All filenames already match the rows in the sheet, so the script or workflow just has to marry them, bake in the captions, and export. No manual sizing, no repositioning, no font picking—everything stays consistent. I’m happy to work with whatever stack makes this painless: Python + FFmpeg, After Effects with ExtendScript, a custom Premiere Pro panel, or another tool you trust for speed and stability. What matters is that I can drop a new batch of videos, refresh the sheet, click once, and collect the finished files. Deliverables: • An automated solution (script, plugin, or standalone app) that meets the above rules • A quick-start guide so I can rerun it without you • One processed sample set drawn from the assets in this folder: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/18739sHq1VtygNz9_QIp-noxcissxPE-K?dmr=1&ec=wgc-drive-hero-goto using the text here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1sNgHNLTfb5YO-owdlirPY8kQTzxB3vRu1kP0JmHItt8/edit?gid=0#gid=0 If the workflow supports future tweaks—like switching to a different, fixed position or ingesting a CSV—that’s a bonus, though the current requirement is locked to top-aligned text from a Google Sheet in one universal style. Let me know which route you’d take and the timeframe to get me pressing “process” on the first batch.
