I need an automation expert who can join us at our Bangalore office, sit with team members from Finance, HR, Operations, Accounts, CRM and E-commerce (plus a few other support functions), map their day-to-day workflows, and then build practical automations that remove repetitive effort and tighten our turnaround times. The assignment breaks down into two clear phases. First, you will conduct an on-site discovery sprint: shadow users, document the current processes, highlight bottlenecks and quantify the potential time or cost savings. Second, you will create and deploy the actual automations—whether that means RPA bots in UiPath or Power Automate, Python scripts, low-code integrations with our ERP/CRM stack, or a hybrid approach you recommend. I am open to a success-based structure, so once the automation roadmap is agreed upon we can align payment milestones to measurable wins such as percentage reduction in manual effort or faster SLA compliance. Deliverables • Discovery report outlining every process studied and the savings forecast • Approved automation roadmap with tech stack, timelines and owners • Working automations fully tested in the live environment • User training materials and hand-over documentation Acceptance criteria include at least one production-ready automation per department listed above, evidence of error-free runs over an agreed pilot window, and basic KPI tracking dashboards so we can monitor the improvement going forward.
