I’m building a dedicated customer-support chat that works just as smoothly in a browser as it does on a phone. The heart of the project is an automated-response engine: the chatbot should greet visitors, answer FAQs from a curated knowledge base, and hand conversations to a live agent whenever a request needs the human touch. The web version can be a standalone widget or a full-page view; on mobile I’m happy with either a responsive PWA or lightweight React Native/Flutter implementation—whichever lets us share as much code as possible without compromising speed. Key technical expectations • Realtime messaging using a proven transport (Socket.IO, Firebase, WebSockets, or a similar solution). • NLP-driven bot flows that I can edit later—Dialogflow, Rasa, or an equivalent service are all fine. • Secure user authentication (JWT or OAuth) so customers can jump between devices and keep the same session. • Simple admin dashboard to view transcripts, train new intents, and monitor basic metrics. Deliverables 1. Web chat interface, embedded and fully branded. 2. Mobile build or responsive layer that matches the web experience. 3. Configurable chatbot with at least one complete FAQ flow and a fallback to live support. 4. Setup documentation and deployment scripts so I can move everything from staging to production without surprises. I’ll supply copy, brand colours, and initial FAQ content; you bring the code, clean architecture, and ideas that make support feel effortless.
