Project Title: Hybrid B2B Task-Automation Platform Development: Secondary Lead Generation, AI Conversion Logic, and Commission Arbitration (CTAP-MVP) Detailed Project Description (Scope of Work - SOW): We are seeking a Full-Stack developer or an agency specializing in B2B solutions with proven expertise in workflow automation to build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) based on a Network Effect and Automated Conversion Model. The objective is to demonstrate the ability to generate passive, recurring revenue by establishing a fully automated high-value cross-sell between a Primary Supplier (Partner A) and a Secondary Service Provider (Partner B). 1. Architecture and Desired Tech Stack: • Architecture: Modular and scalable (Microservices preferred) to ensure future European expansion. • Front-end (Portals): Low-Code/No-Code (Bubble/Webflow) or a modern framework (React/Next.js) for speed and easy brand customization. • Back-end & DB: Node.js (Express) or Python (Django/FastAPI) with a PostgreSQL database (for security and financial data integrity). 2. Critical Development Components (Modules): A. Input Module (Partner A - The Primary Supplier Interface) • Goal: Secure the data flow and legal compliance at the Point of Activity (PoA). • Functionality: 1. Simplified Trigger Form: A secure interface where the employee manually enters the minimum critical data: Unique Product Identifier (E.g., VIN, Contract ID, Asset Serial Number) and Client Contact Details (Name, Phone Number). 2. Consent Acquisition (E-Signature Moat): Integration of an e-Signature API (E.g., DocuSign basic, HelloSign) that generates a secure, unique link, which is crucial for obtaining legal client consent for communication. B. The Conversational ChatBot (The Sales Agent) • Goal: Maximize Average Order Value (AOV) through automated, persuasive selling. • Technology: Integration with a major LLM API (Task-Specific LLM) to maintain a professional tone and adhere to strict sales logic. • Critical Functionality: The ChatBot must be Task-Oriented (Not General-Purpose) and capable of completing the single core task: Selling a High-Value Secondary Service (AOV ), handling price objections, and finalizing a Firm Appointment or Service Order. C. Output and Arbitration Module (Partner B - The Service Provider Interface) • Goal: Manage Service Fulfillment and Payment Tracking. • Functionality: 1. Appointment Calendar View: Dashboard that displays Bot-confirmed appointments directly in the Service Provider's calendar. 2. Payment Tracking: A "Service Completed/Paid" button that automatically triggers the commission logic: Calculation of Partner A's referral fee and the platform's Net Profit. D. Core Integration and Utility (API) • Implementation: Deployment of a reliable SMS/WhatsApp API service (for client communication) and Utility APIs (e.g., to pull metadata based on the Unique Identifier). • Security: The solution must ensure the encryption of client contact data and strict compliance with European data protection regulations (GDPR). 3.
