AVEVA Edge 2023 R2 STUDIO DEV + SCADA RT SOFTWARE REQUIREMENT A complete data acquisition, control, storage and analysis software package with necessary source code is required. Login a. The software should have two levels of security namely Administrator and Operator. The administrator should have access to all the features provided by the software and operator’s accessibility should be limited to conducting the tests. Configuration Settings a. The acquisition software shall be capable of scanning the selected user required channels. b. Channel legend, description, filters settings, type of voltage input ranges, first & fourth order constants for engineering unit conversion shall be selectable. c. Logging of set configurations in notepad or in spreadsheet format. d. All configuration setting changes shall be done through system controller. Provision shall be available for remote control from CTR. Acquisition Software a. All Digital and Analog parameters shall be acquired by the system at 50 msec. Data to be stored in controller hard disk and in server in text format. System shall be capable to acquire continuously for duration of 5 hours or more. b. The acquisition software shall be capable of being operated with acquisition ON/OFF & file writing ON/OFF features. c. The acquisition software shall be capable of being operated in monitoring mode and data logging mode. d. Software shall have capability to store all events, operator actions, process alarms with their description, occurrence time and priorities and print out of the same on demand. e. Data updation in SCADA within 1 sec. f. System shall have provision to acquire at different sampling rates for analog (50 msec, 100msec, 200msec, 1sec, 5sec etc.) and digital (50msec, 100msec, 1sec, 5 sec) signal. Control software a. Software shall have capability to store all events, operator actions, process alarms with their description, occurrence time and priorities and print out of the same on demand. b. Command shall be issued to field elements, manually by clicking the valve in the respective mimics using optical mouse and with a confirmation in the popup window. c. Interlocks, Auto sequence and Abort sequence shall be developed. d. Auto Sequence: Auto sequence is planned for operating field control elements in auto mode. The time and parameters based sequence shall be developed in Control system using PLC programming language. The programming shall have the flexibility to change the variables (time, Analog& Digital) through separate I/P data files. The time base event should be synchronized with software timer. e. Interlock and Abort sequence shall be developed. Various parameters to be compared as per the logics provided for the set limit and control output signal (abort signal to PLC system) to be generated. The program shall have the flexibility to change the variables (time, Analog& Digital) through separate data table to execute Abort sequence. The logging of Interlocks enabled/ Disabled, setting and generation of Alarm limit, execution of interlock shall be provided for offline analysis. f. Separate data base files to be incorporated for Analog& Digital constants/details for Processing & Display of Auto sequence, Interlock & Abort sequence. g. Animation shall be done for analog/digital I/Os such that the color change shall represent the field status. Online Display and Offline Analysis a. Online monitoring (Data and Trend graph display) of process parameters during preparation and test phase. Online display to be provided in graphical and numerical format. Feedback statuses of all valves are to be displayed. b. The engineering unit (EU) or voltage selection shall be made available in the numerical display and graphical display. c. The graphical display shall start with trigger signal. d. The graphical display shall have different scales user selectable for each parameter and shall have four parameters per screen. The different pages change over can be based on time reference or by keyboard control. The required parameters for display shall be entered in a text file. e. Real time performance calculation with on-line data. f. Third party system data shall be interface and the same shall be display in mimic in real time.
