I need a small, focused web platform that lets a driver or assessor upload photos of a damaged vehicle and then instantly produces a clean, professional-looking damage report ready for insurance review. The entire process—from data entry to final PDF or printable HTML—has to be automatic so no one needs to copy-paste anything into a template. How it should work 1. User opens a responsive page, enters basic vehicle and incident details (plate, make, model, date, brief notes). 2. They drag-and-drop or snap several photos of the damage; the system stores and orders them automatically. 3. On submit, server logic stamps a reference number and date, embeds the images, lays everything out in a branded report, and offers it for download or email in seconds. Core needs • Fast, secure photo upload (5–10 images per claim) with basic validation • Automated report generation in PDF and/or print-friendly HTML • Simple admin dashboard to view, search, and download reports • Clean UI that works just as well on a phone in a parking lot as it does on a desktop Acceptance criteria • A user can create a full vehicle-damage report, complete with embedded photos, in under two minutes. • Generated files display consistently across Chrome, Firefox, and mobile browsers. • Source code is handed over, clearly commented, with setup instructions. Once the site is live I’ll supply the logo and any brand colors, but everything else should be turnkey so we can start using it immediately.
