Our team records hours in Odoo’s native timesheet app, then copies the same figures into separate Excel files to build daily, weekly, and monthly summaries. I want a single-flow solution: once a line is saved in the timesheet, every related report in Excel (or directly inside Odoo if you prefer creating a small module) should refresh automatically. Required functionality • One data entry point—Odoo Timesheets feed a master “Input” sheet. • Instant generation of three views: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly. • Built-in analytics: planned vs actual, progress tracking, delay analysis, productivity variance, total cost of each task, spotlight on highly time-spent tasks, plus a comparison between each task’s monetary value and the time cost. I’m open to either: 1. An Odoo module that adds a Reporting menu and exports the formatted workbooks, or 2. A linked Excel/Power Query model that pulls via Odoo’s API and refreshes with one click. Deliverables – Working solution installed on our test database – Clear mapping documentation (timesheet fields → report fields) – Sample output for one day, one week, one month – Brief user guide so the team can extend filters or add columns in future Acceptance criteria All three reports must recalculate the moment new timesheet data is synced, and every metric listed above must match a manual control sheet within ±0.1 %.
