We are a growing real estate company (AGRAWAL DEVELOPERS) based in Mathura–Vrindavan, focused on residential plots and investment projects. We are looking for an experienced CRM Implementation Specialist (Freelancer) who can design and set up a complete automated CRM system to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions. Our goal is to build a system-driven business that can run on autopilot. ⸻ Scope of Work 1. CRM Setup & Customization • Setup CRM Software • Create complete sales pipeline: Lead → Qualification → Site Visit → Negotiation → Booking → Closing • Add custom fields (budget, location, plot size, source, etc.) ⸻ 2. Lead Integration • Integrate: • Facebook & Instagram Ads • Website forms • WhatsApp inquiries • Automatic lead capture and assignment system ⸻ 3. Automation & Workflows • Follow-up reminders for sales team • WhatsApp / Email automation • Drip campaigns for nurturing leads • Auto-tagging (Hot / Warm / Cold leads) ⸻ 4. Dashboard & Reporting • Daily & weekly sales dashboard • Lead source performance tracking • Conversion tracking system ⸻ 5. Team Training & Handover • Train our sales & telecalling team • Provide simple SOPs and workflow documentation ⸻ Required Skills Proven experience in CRM implementation Strong hands-on experience with: • Zoho CRM • HubSpot Automation & workflow building Lead management system design ⸻ Preferred (Bonus) • Experience in real estate CRM systems • Knowledge of WhatsApp API integrations • Understanding of sales funnels & conversion optimization ⸻ Deliverables • Fully functional CRM system • Automated workflows • Lead tracking dashboard • Team training completed • SOP documentation
