The current system requires improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, automation, usability, and data management. The objective of this project is to analyze the existing ATS workflow and implement enhancements to resolve operational challenges and improve recruitment performance. ________________________________________ Current Workflow Overview The ATS process follows this structure: Client → BDE → Department Assignment → Team Lead → Recruiters → Candidate Processing → System Dashboard → Client Update While the hierarchy ensures control and data segregation, several workflow and system limitations are affecting productivity. ________________________________________ Identified Issues 1.
