I own desktop software that produces detailed Transit Reports and I need the entire purchase-to-delivery flow to run hands-off on a new Shopify site. When a visitor pays, the system must trigger the software, generate the PDF, store it securely, then make it immediately available for download inside the buyer’s Shopify account area. You are free to create a lightweight app, use Shopify Functions, a webhook to a small VPS, or any other clean solution—as long as it runs reliably on a store-front plan and requires no manual intervention from me once it is live. Total funding for the build, testing, and launch is capped at the equivalent of US $200, so please scope accordingly and suggest how you would stage the work to fit that limit. Acceptance criteria • Shopper checks out on Shopify and sees a “Your Transit Report is being prepared” message. • Within a reasonable processing window (max a few minutes) the finished PDF is linked in their account’s order page. • File storage is private; only the purchaser can access their report link. • A simple admin screen or configuration file lets me update branding elements, change the output folder, and view basic logs.
