I have several architectural PDFs that are anything but tidy, and I need them rebuilt in CAD so they are accurate, clear, and usable for further design and permit work. Every wall, opening, and fixture on the PDFs has to be transferred, and I want the resulting DWG files to show precise dimensions throughout. Please make sure each space is clearly labeled with its room name and that the corresponding dimensions appear exactly where they belong. Line weights and layers should be kept logical so the drawings remain easy to navigate once imported into AutoCAD or Revit. Deliverables • Clean, layered DWG files that match the PDF layouts • All dimensions and room names placed as noted on the originals • A quick PDF export of the final CAD sheets for review and sign-off I will send the source PDFs as soon as we start; most are floor plans, a few include reflected ceiling information. Let me know if you need any clarification on symbols or scales before drafting so we avoid back-and-forth later.
