I’m shaping the early concept for a new building and need a skilled 3D artist who can transform my sketches and CAD files into clear, convincing visualizations. Your task is to build a detailed 3D model and deliver both interior and exterior views that help me fine-tune form, materials, and spatial flow. Scope • Create a single, well-structured 3D model (Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or comparable software—whatever you work fastest in). • Produce high-resolution still renders: – 4–6 exterior angles showing massing, façade materials, and basic context. – 4–6 interior shots highlighting key rooms, lighting concepts, and furniture layout. • Include daylight and evening lighting variations where helpful. • Provide one short camera fly-through or 360° panorama if time allows; static renders remain the priority. Workflow 1. I’ll share floor plans, elevations, inspiration images, and material references. 2. You build a draft model; we review on low-res screenshots for quick feedback. 3. After 1–2 rounds of tweaks, you render the finals in print-ready resolution and hand over the editable source file. What matters to me • Accurate proportions that respect the supplied drawings. • Realistic but not overly polished materials—this is for concept development, not glossy marketing yet. • Clear communication on progress and quick turnaround on revisions.
