I have my product data already living in Google Sheets and I want that spreadsheet turned into a fully-functioning inventory management app with Google AppSheet. The end result should let both staff and customers sign in, view real-time stock, and interact with orders directly from any device. Core expectations • App pulls all item details, quantities, and transactional history from my existing Sheets in real time. • Two user roles: staff get full edit rights for receiving, adjustments, and fulfilment; customers can browse availability, place or track an order, and see their own order history. • Clean UX: simple tabs or deck views for Products, Orders, and Reports. • Automatic sync so every change in the app is instantly reflected back to the Sheets. • Basic security and workflow rules set up inside AppSheet (email alerts when stock dips below threshold, confirmation emails on new orders, etc.). Nice-to-have options I’m open to including if you’re comfortable: barcode scanning for quick updates, custom PDFs for packing slips, or a lightweight dashboard using AppSheet charts. Deliverables 1. Working AppSheet prototype connected to my Google Sheets. 2. Final version with user roles, workflows, and polished UI. 3. Short loom/video walkthrough and brief hand-off doc so I can maintain it.
