Project Description We are looking for a developer to develop or customize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) based on our recruitment workflow. The system should manage hiring processes across multiple departments with role-based access and candidate tracking from job creation to final approval. Required Workflow • BDE creates job requirements and job descriptions. • Job assigned to a specific Department (Medical, Manufacturing, Education, etc.). • Team Lead (TL) assigns recruiters within the department. • Recruiters add candidates and update hiring stages. • TL reviews candidates and approves or rejects. • Senior TL (STL) provides final approval. • System tracks selected and rejected candidates for future use.
