I need a CFD specialist to build and mesh fifteen similar 3-D pipe models in ANSYS Fluent. All pipes have a circular cross-section and includes bio-inspired surface textures on the inner walls. Your job starts with creating the clean, watertight geometries, then generating a high-quality volume mesh that resolves the textured surfaces accurately. Mesh requirements are strict: 20 inflation layers against every wall with the first layer set to 0.001 mm. The final grid should be fine enough to keep y+ well below 1 throughout and avoid skewness problems near the textures. Deliverables • Fifteen editable geometry files (SpaceClaim, DesignModeler or equivalent) • Fifteen corresponding Fluent mesh files (.msh) that open without errors • A short summary for each case listing cell count, minimum orthogonal quality and maximum skewness I will test a random model by running a quick laminar solve, so please keep interfaces, named selections and boundary conditions consistently labelled. If you are comfortable meeting these meshing standards, let’s get started.
