I'm seeking a skilled animator to create a 3-5 minute microlearning video aimed at educating non-clinical medical staff about healthcare measures. The video should feature realistic AI characters and can be in a Pixar-like 3D animation style. This will be one of a series of 10 or more videos as well as an opportunity to be involved in several other projects. Storytelling is important in this series. The video should focus on: - Empathy in patient interactions - Effective communication skills - Timely and efficient services - Knowledge of HEDIS measure conditions - Understanding the importance of specific chronic conditions and how to effectively help patients be proactive in their care. - Staff-patient communication We can provide the script and assist with storyboarding. The ideal candidate should have: - Experience in creating educational animated content - Proficiency in 3D animation and realistic character design - Strong storytelling skills to convey complex information simply - Background in healthcare education is a plus but not essential - A cost-conscious approach - Punctual on delivery times.
