I want to bring a practical Android-only utility tool to life that blends robust task management with smart system-optimization features. On the task side, users should be able to create, edit, categorize, and schedule reminders for to-dos in a clean, modern UI. On the optimization side, the same app will let them free RAM, clear cache, and offer at-a-glance device health stats—ideally through background services that run efficiently and respect battery life. Scope of work • Design the UX/UI in line with current Android guidelines (Material 3 is preferred). • Build the core functionality in Kotlin or Java inside Android Studio, targeting Android 10 and up. • Implement local persistence (Room or SQLite) for task data and logs of optimization activities. • Package the optimization tools so they require the least possible permissions while still working reliably on non-rooted devices. • Provide complete, well-commented source code, an installable APK, and brief setup documentation. • Assist through internal testing and the final Google Play submission. Acceptance criteria 1. All primary screens—Task List, Task Detail, Optimization Dashboard, Settings—function smoothly on devices from Android 10 to the latest version. 2. Task creation, editing, and reminder notifications operate without crashes or data loss after app restarts. 3. Memory and cache cleaning modules run, display accurate before/after metrics, and never trigger Play Store policy violations. 4. Final delivery includes source, APK, and a concise “how to build” README. If you have recent experience launching similar utility apps and can showcase strong Play Store compliance, I’d love to see your work and discuss timelines.
