The task is to turn our completed design set into a production-ready e-commerce Android application. The build must cover the full shopping flow—browsable product catalog, secure payment gateway, smooth checkout, and user ratings and reviews. All Figma screens and component specs are finalised; API documentation from the backend team is ready as well. Work involves wiring the layouts, integrating REST endpoints, implementing authentication, local caching, push notifications, and preparing a Play Store release. This can be tackled as an intensive full-time sprint or a steadier part-time schedule, as long as milestones stay on track. Code should be written in Kotlin, follow MVVM with clean architecture, and live in a private Git repo with weekly updates. Deliverables: • Functional Android app matching supplied designs • Integrated payments (Stripe or Razorpay—final choice to be confirmed) • Modules for product browsing, cart, checkout, order history, reviews • Play Store-ready signed APK/AAB • Readme and basic unit/instrumented test coverage Kick-off is scheduled for this week.
