Fast, friendly replies are crucial; I aim for responses within an hour during the guest’s daytime. In addition, I’ll rely on you to: – Maintain a warm, professional tone that reflects our brand standards – Flag any issues that need my direct approval (damage claims, policy exceptions, etc.) – Log recurring questions or pain points so we can improve our listings over time You should already be comfortable navigating the host dashboards on Airbnb and VRBO, including editing reservations and sending special offers. Familiarity with channel-manager tools or smart-pricing plugins is a plus, though not required. Deliverable: ongoing, high-quality guest messaging and reservation management that keeps our review score climbing and my calendar headache-free.
