This is a fully remote, commission-based role — meaning the more deals you close and properties you manage, the more you earn. What You’ll Be Doing: ∙ Reaching out to property owners and closing co-hosting deals ∙ Analyzing properties using AirDNA / BnbCalc to present revenue projections ∙ Managing guest communication — inquiries, bookings, check-ins, reviews ∙ Coordinating with local cleaning teams and maintenance vendors ∙ Keeping listings optimized and operations running smoothly You’re a Great Fit If You: ∙ Have hands-on experience with the American STR market ∙ Know how to use AirDNA, BnbCalc, or similar tools ∙ Are familiar with platforms like Guesty, Hospitable, or OwnerRez ∙ Are a confident communicator who can close deals ∙ Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently Compensation: Commission-based — earn per deal closed and ongoing property Send your experience, any properties you’ve managed, or deals you’ve closed.
