Hello Freelancers, I have an existing React Native mobile application and I am looking to integrate an AI Voice Agent and AI Chatbot for service booking functionality. The solution should support voice-based booking where users can speak details such as service type, date, time, and location, as well as a text-based chatbot that follows the same booking flow. The AI should intelligently ask for missing details, provide a confirmation summary before final booking, handle errors gracefully, and fall back to chat if voice fails, all while working smoothly on both Android and iOS. The implementation must integrate with my existing REST APIs and follow a clean, scalable architecture. The tech stack includes React Native for the frontend, AI voice solutions such as OpenAI, Whisper, Retell AI, Dialogflow, or similar, and OpenAI or custom NLP for the chatbot. I am looking for freelancers with strong React Native experience, proven work with AI voice assistants or chatbots, knowledge of speech-to-text and text-to-speech, clean coding practices, proper documentation, and good communication. Bonus points for experience with booking or on-demand apps and prior AI voice projects. This is a serious long-term project with potential for ongoing collaboration, and the budget is open to discussion based on experience and proposed approach.
