Once the content is polished, I’d like it delivered in Google Docs—this is the editor I work in every day—followed by an export to PDF for the final hand-off. If you prefer to work locally, that’s fine; just be sure the finished files arrive in both formats. I’m open to adding a Google Sheet for ancillary data if it helps keep things tidy.
