I’ve got a set of rough sketches for a new commercial building and I want them translated into a clean, well-organised SketchUp model. At this stage I only need the basic layout—walls, floor plates, circulation cores, and general massing—so you can keep fine façade or interior detailing to a minimum. You’ll receive the sketches as PDFs along with key dimensions and a brief note on functional zones. From there, I need a SketchUp file (.skp, current version) that I can open straight away, correctly grouped and layered so future detailing is painless. A short walk-through video or a few scene tabs that let me orbit the model easily would be appreciated, but the core deliverable is the accurately scaled layout model. If you’re comfortable letting SketchUp’s AI tools speed up repetitive modelling tasks and can still maintain precision, we’ll be on the same page.
