Here is what has to happen: • Design & build: Install a fast, responsive Theme 2.0 template, customise the layout, typography and colour palette so the look stays minimalist and uncluttered while still highlighting key offers. • AI personalisation: Connect and configure an AI recommendation app or custom script so browsing, product and cart pages surface personalised product suggestions in real time. • Upsell / cross-sell flows: Implement in-page, pop-up or checkout-overlay offers that use the same AI data to propose complementary or higher-value items without hurting UX. • Optimised catalogue setup: Import products, map variants, write meta-fields and ensure collections feed the recommendation engine correctly. • Conversion essentials: Mobile-first speed tuning, streamlined checkout, trust badges, and Google Analytics 4 + Meta Pixel events so I can track uplift from the new features. Acceptance criteria – Store passes Shopify speed score ≥60 on mobile after apps are installed – AI widgets display products based on live user behaviour, not static rules – Upsell offers appear on product page, mini-cart and post-purchase page with no layout conflicts – All changes delivered on a development theme and pushed live only after review. Provide a short walk-through video or Loom at hand-off so I can see how to adjust rules and creative on my own.
