I need a complete railway-service website built from the ground up, centred on an AI customer-service chatbot. The site must look modern, load fast, and scale well across desktop and mobile devices. Core AI element The chatbot should greet visitors, answer common route and fare questions, and guide them through every step of a journey. Beyond basic Q&A, it has to: • Push real-time schedule updates drawn from live railway feeds. • Offer personalised travel tips that include nearby accommodation and dining ideas as well as any discounts or loyalty perks a frequent traveller might enjoy. Site experience I want a clean, intuitive UI that rivals leading travel portals: responsive design, accessible colours and type, and clear calls-to-action. Pages must cover timetables, routes, fare details, and a secure log-in area where travellers can view past journeys and saved preferences. Integrating payment later for full ticketing is on my roadmap, so structure the codebase to add that without major refactor. Tech expectations Use a mainstream framework—React, Next.js, or similar—paired with a backend that can comfortably handle real-time data (Node, Django, or comparable). The AI layer may rely on OpenAI, Dialogflow, or your preferred NLP engine, as long as the training pipeline allows me to expand intents easily. API calls to railway data must be cached smartly to avoid latency spikes.
