Our company is ready to weave practical AI into the way we work every day, and I’m looking for a specialist who can take charge of the journey—mainly through machine learning–driven process management. You will begin by analysing our current workflows, spotting repetitive or data-heavy tasks that lend themselves to automation, and outlining a clear ML-based roadmap. From there, I’ll rely on you to: • Build and refine the models that power each new workflow, choosing techniques that balance accuracy with speed. • Integrate those models into our existing tech stack (Python, REST APIs, preferred libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow or similar). • Establish monitoring dashboards so we can track performance and retrain when drift appears. • Document every step in plain language and coach key team members so they can maintain and scale the solution after hand-over. A successful engagement leaves us with a functional prototype running on live data, full documentation, and at least one knowledge-transfer session with our staff.
