I’m looking for an experienced automation engineer to build an AI-assisted workflow that fills out online CRM web forms for property listings. The goal is to speed up listing creation while still allowing a human to review everything before final submission. The AI/system should be able to pre-fill the following fields based on inputs like property data, notes and (ideally) photos: Property category (rent / sale / lease) Property type (house / unit / land / commercial) Price / rent Location / suburb Bedrooms / bathrooms / parking Land size / built-up area Description / features Listing title Agent name Availability date Inspection details Key requirements: User must be able to review and edit all fields before final submit (no auto-submit). Logic should handle dynamic fields that change based on property type and available data. Clean, reliable implementation that can be extended later. Please include in your bid: Your experience with web automation (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer, RPA tools, etc.). Any past projects involving CRM form automation or real estate/property listing tools. A rough outline of how you would approach this (tech stack + high-level steps).
