We are looking for experienced software engineers to help train and improve next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will work directly with AI models by writing high-quality code, reviewing AI-generated outputs, and refining their performance to meet real-world engineering standards. Your work will play a critical role in making AI systems more accurate, reliable, and useful for developers. You will create code examples, solve complex programming problems, and evaluate model outputs for correctness, efficiency, and scalability. This includes identifying bugs, handling edge cases, improving performance, and ensuring clean, maintainable code. You will also provide clear explanations and reasoning to help improve how AI understands and generates code. The ideal candidate has strong experience in software engineering, with deep knowledge of at least one major programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or Rust. A solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design is essential. Experience building production-grade systems, debugging complex issues, and conducting code reviews is highly valuable. You should be detail-oriented, comfortable working with ambiguous problems, and able to quickly adapt to new challenges. Strong communication skills are important, as you will need to clearly explain technical decisions and improvements. Experience with AI tools, large language models, or prompt engineering is a plus but not required.
