I want to deploy an AI-driven calling solution that speaks to customers naturally in one or more major Indian languages. I am open to Hindi, Tamil, Bengali—or any combination that you can implement reliably—so please let me know which language models you already have trained or can train quickly. Core expectations • The application must handle both inbound and outbound voice calls through a clean soft-phone or web interface. • Transcription and text-to-speech should run in real time so replies sound conversational, not robotic. • Automatic logging of each call (date, time, duration, phone number, language used) is required, with recordings stored securely. Desirable extras If you already have modules for call recording, an auto-dialer, or an IVR workflow designer, explain how they slot into your stack—I am willing to licence existing components rather than reinvent them. Deployment & hand-off A Docker-based install, short run-book, and two hours of live walk-through will be the final acceptance criteria. I will test by placing sample calls in the chosen language(s) and verifying speech recognition accuracy, response latency, and data capture.
