Summary ⸻ About the Role: We’re looking for a full-time web designer who uses AI tools to deliver beautiful, modern, and high-performing website designs — faster and smarter. This is a long-term, monthly role ($1,500/month) where you’ll collaborate on multiple creative projects — from landing pages to full site designs — leveraging tools like Figma, Framer, Midjourney, or other AI platforms to concept, refine, and deliver design work efficiently. If you’re a designer who understands brand storytelling, UI/UX, and how to use AI to elevate creativity — we want to work with you. ⸻ Responsibilities: • Design clean, modern, conversion-focused websites and landing pages using Figma or Framer • Use AI tools (like Midjourney, ChatGPT, or Figma AI) to enhance creativity, ideation, and design speed • Create responsive, component-based design systems for web and mobile • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation • Develop and maintain consistent visual style guides and brand systems • Participate in creative direction sessions and brainstorms • Manage multiple projects efficiently with attention to detail and deadlines ⸻ Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or web design • Expert in Figma and/or Framer (with portfolio examples) • Actively uses AI tools in design workflow (please specify which ones) • Strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and responsive design • Ability to take creative direction and work independently • Excellent communication in English ⸻ Bonus Skills: • Experience with Webflow or WordPress handoff • Understanding of motion design / microinteractions (After Effects, Lottie, Framer Motion) • Familiarity with Midjourney / Leonardo / Runway / ChatGPT for creative ideation or asset generation ⸻ Compensation: • $1,500/month (Full-Time Retainer) • ~40 hours per week • Long-term collaboration preferred (3–6+ months) ⸻ To Apply: Please include: 1.
