I’m building a single mobile app that brings all of our college’s day-to-day operations into one place and, wherever useful, enriches them with AI. The app must launch on both iOS and Android from the same codebase. Core modules I need: • Attendance – real-time, AI-assisted face or voice recognition that records presence automatically and flags anomalies. • Management tools – timetables, notices, leave requests, fee tracking, and anything else staff already handle on paper or separate portals. • Analytics – an AI Analyzer that turns raw attendance and grade data into visual trends and early-warning insights. • Conversational support – an in-app AI Chatbot that answers questions for students, teachers, and administrators, pulling from our syllabi, policies, and calendar. Three clear role layers are mandatory: Students, Teachers, and Administrators, each seeing only the features they need. A clean, modern UI, secure login (SSO if feasible), and GDPR-ready data handling are essential. Please tell me: 1. Your preferred tech stack for a dual-platform release (Flutter, React Native, or otherwise). 2. How you’ll train and host the AI models or connect to an API such as OpenAI, Google Vertex, etc. 3. A milestone plan covering design, core build, AI feature integration, testing, and deployment to both app stores.
