I receive supplier invoices in Gmail and need them pushed straight into QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise with zero manual re-keying. The flow is: detect the incoming email, read the attached or inline invoice, pull out the invoice number, amount, full vendor record, plus every line item with its quantity, then create (or update) the matching transaction inside my Enterprise company file. I am open to the most reliable stack—Python, Node, UiPath, or a lightweight compiled utility—as long as it works with the Gmail API and the QuickBooks Desktop SDK/COM interface. Accuracy is critical; the script must correctly map each captured field to the proper QuickBooks object and account even when email layouts vary. Deliverables • A working application or script with source code • Clear setup instructions and any required libraries or keys • Mapping document that shows how each extracted field corresponds to QuickBooks fields • Short test report proving the import handles at least three different invoice formats without errors Acceptance criteria: after deployment I should be able to drop an email into my inbox and see the fully populated invoice appear in QuickBooks within a minute, with totals and line items matching exactly.
