I’m looking for someone who can take full ownership of campaign management and, at the same time, create hyper-realistic virtual talent that supercharges our creative output. You’ll be inside Meta Ads Manager every day, scaling Facebook and Instagram campaigns, and pushing performance on TikTok plus any other promising social platforms we decide to test. Data analysis is central to the role: I expect you to slice cohort data, read lift studies, and quickly translate findings into new targeting, budgets, and creatives. On the AI side, I need you comfortable with Nano Banana, Sora, Veo (or similar video-first diffusion tools). The goal is to build photo-real AI influencers and 3D models that can star in our ads, reels, and shorts. You should also be able to automate routine tasks—think reporting dashboards, creative testing flows, or even rule-based bid adjustments—so we move faster every week. Key deliverables • Launch, optimise, and scale campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and any additional social channels we green-light • Generate a library of hyper-realistic AI influencers/models ready for paid and organic placements • Short-form video edits that integrate those AI assets seamlessly into ads • Automated performance reporting and alert systems (Google Looker Studio, Sheets scripts, or comparable) • Weekly insight summary highlighting wins, losses, and next steps Acceptance criteria • Clear CPA/ROAS lift versus current baseline within the first 30 days • At least three AI-generated personas delivered in 4K quality, approved for brand use • Automations running without manual intervention and fully documented If you’re equally excited about deep campaign optimisation and experimenting with the newest AI creation tools, let’s make something remarkable together.
