Position Overview I am seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant with strong expertise in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support ongoing academic and applied research projects. The role involves conducting literature reviews, designing experiments, analyzing results, and co-authoring research papers for conferences and journals. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with advanced research experience who are passionate about contributing to impactful AI and data science research publications. Key Responsibilities 1. Conduct research on cutting-edge topics in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. 2. Perform literature reviews, identify research gaps, and propose innovative directions. 3. Design and implement experiments, simulations, or computational models. 4. Collaborate with senior researchers and faculty on writing, editing, and publishing academic papers. 5. Prepare manuscripts for submission to peer-reviewed journals and conferences. 6. Assist in data collection, preprocessing, and statistical analysis. 7. Document methodologies, maintain research notes, and ensure reproducibility. Required Qualifications 1. Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 2. Strong proficiency in Python, R, or other scientific computing languages. 3. Experience with ML/AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn). 4. Excellent technical writing and communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative research environment. Preferred Qualifications 1. Proven track record of research and publication in reputable conferences or journals. 2. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). 3. Experience mentoring or collaborating with junior researchers. Compensation & Benefits 1. Advance of 1/3 of promised compensation 2/3 on delivery. 2. INR 10,000 bonus extra on top of compensation for meeting the predefined terms. Also you will be contracted again to help on the next paper. 3. Flexible working hours with opportunities for remote collaboration also compensation is not dependent on time.
