Job Title: Automation (n8n, APIs, Client Onboarding) Description: We are an agency working with real estate clients and looking for a reliable Automation to handle and optimize our workflows. Most of the workflows are already built — we just need someone to manage client onboarding, plug new clients into the existing systems, and make sure everything runs smoothly. You will also be responsible for spotting problems in workflows, fixing them quickly, and continuously improving our automation processes as we grow. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain automation workflows in n8n. Handle client onboarding: adding new clients into our existing automation workflows. Configure and maintain Facebook API integrations (e.g. receive and process events in workflows). Troubleshoot automation issues and offer quick solutions. Continuously adapt workflows to new business needs and improve efficiency. Collaborate with the sales/client-facing team to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Proven experience with n8n automation. Strong understanding of APIs (especially Facebook API). Experience with automation tools (Zapier/Make is a plus). Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Reliable, responsive, and proactive in communication. Willingness to learn and adapt to new transactions and client processes. Nice to have: Experience in CRM integrations. Familiarity with Retell AI, chatbots, or voice AI automations. What we offer: Long-term collaboration. Ongoing projects with growth potential.
