My goal is to deploy a suite of AI-powered agents that act as a 24/7 personal assistant for me and my team. The system has to read and write emails in natural language, arrange and join meetings, draft letters and other documents, create simple photo designs when needed, book flights, open tasks for team members inside our CRM/ERP, and follow those tasks through to completion. Calling customers to offer services or arranging meetings. Integerated with our odoo erp system to do taskes as we need inside the system. Core expectations • Conversational interface (chat and voice) powered by GPT-4-class models • Seamless integration with Gmail/Outlook, Google Workspace or O365 calendars, our existing CRM and ERP(odoo comunity v16), and a flight-booking API of your choice • Memory and context retention so the agent can handle multi-step conversations without repeating information • Task orchestration: automatically create, assign, and monitor tasks for team members, sending reminders until closure using emails, calendars and odoo system. • Document generation: produce letters, proposals, and basic graphic layouts (Canva API or similar) from simple prompts planning module to help in creating planes such as financial or marketing plane or else. Creating reminder can be for the team and can be for customers, the system will call the customers to follow up the quoted projects and re recored the next reminder based on the agreement with the customers. • Admin dashboard to view logs, override actions, and fine-tune prompts Preferred toolchain: Python, LangChain or a similar framework for agent routing, OpenAI API (or local LLM if you can show equivalent quality), webhook/RPA bridges for CRM-ERP updates, and standard calendar & email APIs. Security, error handling, and rate-limit management are essential. Deliverables 1. Source code with clear README and environment files 2. Working cloud deployment (Docker/Kubernetes acceptable) tied to my email, calendar, CRM, and ERP (odoo)sandboxes 3. Demo video walking through every task: email reply, meeting creation, flight booking, task creation and follow-up, document design 4.
