I’m ready to overhaul my client journey by building a single, AI-driven pipeline that runs from the moment a prospect books an appointment all the way through to payment and post-sale nurturing inside GoHighLevel. Here’s what I expect the finished solution to handle for me: • Booking & Calendar: smart scheduling that reads my availability, prevents double-booking, and sends automated reminders by email and SMS. • On-the-spot AI support: a conversational layer that can answer routine questions, reschedule, or cancel on the customer’s behalf without human intervention. • Seamless invoicing: as soon as the appointment is confirmed, an invoice is generated, routed through my preferred payment gateways, and pushed into my accounting software while also updating the client’s CRM record. • GoHighLevel sync: every new lead should enter the correct pipeline stage, trigger campaign automation, and feed real-time analytics dashboards for performance tracking. Key integrations: Stripe (or similar payment gateway), QuickBooks/Xero, and GoHighLevel’s CRM, campaign, and reporting modules. If middleware such as Zapier, Make, or native GHL workflows are the best route, spell that out in your plan. Acceptance criteria 1. A live demo workspace showing an end-to-end test booking that fires each automation step successfully. 2. Clear documentation outlining the workflow logic, APIs used, and how to adjust parameters. 3.
