What We’re Building You will design a 6-Agent Python AI System that automates the entire sales funnel — from discovering new leads to sending PIs — while the human team focuses only on final negotiation and production. Tech Requirements (Must-Have Skills) Python 3.9+ Expert – Production-grade AI systems (not just scripts) Agentic Frameworks: Hands-on with LangChain, CrewAI, or LangGraph for multi-agent orchestration LLM Integration: Deep experience with Google Gemini API or OpenAI, focused on consultative reasoning Data Integration: Skilled in REST API integrations (CRM, Freight, Search, Logistics), async calls, and sub-second latency RAG & Vector Databases: Implement retrieval systems for internal knowledge and real-time external search Your Core Deliverable: 6 Connected AI Agents # Agent Function 1 CSO Agent (Orchestrator) Central brain. Manages tasks, strategy, and enforces profit margin rules. 2 Prospecting Agent (TOFU) Actively finds new B2B leads, generates personalized outreach, and adds them to CRM. 3 Marketing Agent Tracks market trends (FTA, seasons, festivals) and optimizes ad spend automatically. 4 Qualification Agent Engages and scores leads using RAG and compliance checks.
