That includes all customer information—full contact details, complete purchase history, every communication note—as well as the sales side (invoices, quotes, sales orders) and the associated project details that tie those pieces together. In short, nothing can be left behind. You’ll handle the export from AccuLynx, any required data cleaning or field-mapping, and the import into JobNimbus so fields populate exactly where my team expects to find them. Accuracy is paramount: linked documents must stay linked, chronological notes must remain in order, and financial figures have to match what accounting sees today. I’m looking for someone who already knows the quirks of each platform’s API or bulk-import tools and can spot the gotchas before they hurt us—duplicate contacts, character-limit errors, date-format mismatches, that sort of thing. Once the migration is done I’ll verify random records; if I can’t find discrepancies, we’re good. If you anticipate any downtime for users, let me know up front so I can schedule accordingly.
