I am modelling the in-process rolling of a Wire Arc Additive Manufactured (WAAM) wall and need a customised Johnson–Cook constitutive law coded into Abaqus so the simulation captures temperature-dependent plasticity throughout each rolling pass. The physical formulation of the model is already defined; what I lack is the actual implementation—writing, compiling, and integrating the subroutine, setting up the analysis steps, and running the job on a WAAM geometry I will supply. The immediate goals are: • Create and document a UMAT/VUMAT that reflects my modified JC parameters. • Insert it into a fully reproducible Abaqus input deck that simulates simultaneous rolling on the WAAM component. • Provide a concise yet thorough technical report that details assumptions, boundary conditions, mesh strategy, convergence behaviour, and the deformation predictions the model produces.
