I am looking for a freelancer to create a 3D model of a single-family house in SketchUp based on provided 2D architectural drawings. The final model must be delivered in SketchUp format (.SKP). Scope of work Create a clean and accurate 3D model of the building based on 2D plans Model the exterior of the building (walls, roof, windows, doors, basic architectural elements) Maintain correct dimensions and proportions according to the plans Organize the model using groups/components and layers/tags Requirements Experience with SketchUp modeling Ability to work from 2D architectural drawings Clean and organized modeling workflow Deliverables Final SketchUp file (.SKP) Clean and well-structured model Scaled correctly according to the drawings Materials provided I will provide: 2D plans (floor plans, elevations, sections if available) Additional notes This is a single-family house project, not a large building. The model does not need extremely detailed interior modeling — the focus is on a clean architectural 3D model. If the cooperation goes well, there may be more similar projects in the future.
