I’m ready to commission a full-colour, photo-real set of 3D visualizations for a new commercial project: a four-storey, 100-room hotel on a 2.2-acre site. I need three things from you: • A to-scale, non-construction site plan shown as an artist’s conception • Exterior perspective(s) that capture the building’s massing, façade treatments, and overall curb appeal • A complementary interior view that sells the feel of the public spaces Please include only light, contextual landscaping—just enough trees, walks, and parking cues to ground the building without turning the image into a landscape design. Finals have to be delivered as high-resolution PDF or TIFF files; JPEGs won’t work for my printing workflow. Native 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or Blender files are welcome as secondary hand-off, but the press-ready artwork is the priority. Designer will work from clear, but hand drawn sketches, indicating size, shape & relationships to "0" position frontage road curb, depth & spacing indicated from curb, transverse (across) will be indicated from a "0" point at left side. This graphic conception, while to scale, is not intended for construction, but for an illustrated sales pitch of intended completion general appearance. Hand drawn sketches may be in separate increments. A typical room size enlargement cut-away will be required.
